We store personal data on Google's servers through Google's Forms, and it is considered private, with the level of confidentiality. While Google only stores the data and does not access it unless mandated by law or with user consent, we have control over who can view the responses and whether respondents stay anonymous.

The only individuals who can access the data covered by this policy are those who are covered by it and whose roles need it. You may be confident that we won't use your personal information excessively. We may also store your personal information in our computers, which are kept in a secure environment. We shall ensure that proper measures are adopted to protect your information. We will retain  personal information with us for 2 years then after it will automaticcaly delete from Goolge's Sheet list and to our computers.
